Should i buy GFX from Ebuyer?

I am buying the GFX card, a powercolor x1950x pro 512mb, for my PC build this christmas, and i am wondering if it would be ok to buy from ebuyer, as scan are out of stock and more pricy. Is the standard packaging on a GFX card good enough to protect it from being bashed about by citylink, or not?

Should i request it be padded, or wait until scan come back into stock?

You not aware that both them companies use citylink for all they're deliveries?

Just order it form ebuyer, they're pretty good.

CityLink are fine in my area, all couriers seem to let people down at one time or another

I've never had a single problem with ebuyer, even though some people don't like using them.

If i had a choice out of ebuyer or scan, I'd definately pick scan! They are top notch!

My previous graphics card orders from ebuyer have been perfectly packaged, but I did order a few other components from them too, so it came in a large cardboard box

eBuyer have really sorted their RMAs now, they are the best in the UK of the large retailers for returns service in my experience.

You go on the site, request an RMA, within a few hours they have arranged citylink to pick it up from you free of charge, and then you get a new one sent out within a day or two. Awesome!

Only problem I can see is if having the item picked up is difficult for you
