judging by the pins, i'd say either a graphics card, or some other card

judging by the little bit at the end, pci-e 16x probably

judging by the copper, must be a graphics card, no other expansion card, needs such extensive cooling

and judging by the memory chip, it has atleast GDDR2 on it...

could perhaps be an 2900pro?

D`oh there was me thinking it was an MSI card with the cover off the hsf.

But the hsf power is on the right >.<

Saying that, if it`s the hsf power.. it has no sensor cable >.<

damn, could it be the 3xxx series? ....

i remember reading somthing bout them...

or is it perhaps a 2900xt

or a ....hmm....

it could be a 8800GT to throw us off, in red, perhaps by msi as rast said...
