Just interested...What tubing/barbs combi do you use?

I prefer thick wall Masterkleer tubing with polymer barbs w/ steel worm drive hose clamps.

Whats the compression barbs do and what are the advantages over others?

Steel worm drive hose clamps otherwise known as jubilee clips? Are polymer barbs easier to work with? Im guessing the thicker tubing allows less kinks

Edit:



Water loop, full. Removed form my P180 and has been kicking around my room for a few days.



Waterloop still full, suspended by the 2 barbs on the block alone.

Ive never had a leak and if it wasn't for fear of breaking the thing you could throw the thing around and it would still be fine.

Whoo hoo you lose like 1° over 1/2"... Worth it imo.

its 7/16" hose on 1/2" barbs, not the other way around. id pick the 7/16 tubing though

Ham - that indeed does look good lol, how would you go about draining? Unscrew the barb?

Unscrew the plug in the top of the water tank on the pump

I use 1/2" hose on 1/2" fittings along with jubilee clips.

BTW -It's 10/8mm NOT 11/8mm
