Need help whit OC

Hello, I am already been busy searching the internet about how I OC my CPU. I have read many guides and tutorials but I have still a couple questions.

My specs:

Cooler Master RS-450-ACLY Real Power, 450 Watt

MSI K8N SLI-FI

AMD Athlon X2 Dual core 3800+ 2,0GHz

Thermaltake Blue Orb II

Western Digital Caviar SE16, 250 GB, 7200 rpm, 16 MB, Serial ATA300

TwinMos Memory, 2048 MB, DDR, PC3200, 400 MHz,

XFX GeForce 8800GTS Fatal1ty

BenQ DVP-1650V, ATAPI/E-IDE

BenQ DW1655, ATAPI/E-IDE

2x 120mm (1xledfan)

1x 92mm ledfan

I know only that you must raise the FSB, or HTT for amd for OC'ing. I also know that there are more things that should be changed/tweaked . My question is therefore, what must I change all except the FSB?

This is what I see in my bios:

High Performance Mode......................... Manual

Aggressive Timing............................. Disabled

Dynamic Overclocking.......................... Disabled

Adjust CPU FSB Frequency...................... 200

HT Frequency.................................. 5x

HT Width...................................... 16 16

CPU Spread Spectrum .......................... Disabled

SATA Spread Spectrum.......................... Disabled

PCI-E Spread Spectrum......................... Disabled

PCI-E Clock................................... 100 MHz

SSE/SSE2 Instructions......................... enabled

Cool 'N' Quiet................................ Disabled

Adjust CPU Ratio.............................. StartUp

Adjust CPU Vid................................ StartUp

Extra CPU Voltage............................. By CPU VID

CPU Voltage ....................................1.350V

Memory Voltage................................ AUTO

NF4 Voltage................................... 1.50V

This is the standard setting. I have as a matter of fact a test done with clockgen and orthos. There I got BSOD at 2.5 GHz. These were at 40degrees stressed with vcore of between 1.26V to 1.29V.

Sorry for my crappy english

So what i should do is this, if i understand it.

High Performance Mode......................... Manual

Aggressive Timing............................. Disabled

Dynamic Overclocking.......................... Disabled

Adjust CPU FSB Frequency...................... 200 250

HT Frequency.................................. 5x 4x

HT Width...................................... 16 16

CPU Spread Spectrum .......................... Disabled

SATA Spread Spectrum.......................... Disabled

PCI-E Spread Spectrum......................... Disabled

PCI-E Clock................................... 100 MHz

SSE/SSE2 Instructions......................... enabled

Cool 'N' Quiet................................ Disabled

Adjust CPU Ratio.............................. StartUp

Adjust CPU Vid................................ StartUp

Extra CPU Voltage............................. By CPU VID

CPU Voltage ....................................1.350V

Memory Voltage................................ AUTO

NF4 Voltage................................... 1.50V

And if this isnt stable, should i change Memory voltage, NF4 Voltage or Extra CPU Voltage? Because i dont see Vcore voltage.

Should i do anything whit this?

Adjust CPU Ratio.............................. StartUp

Adjust CPU Vid................................ StartUp

there are times when you should not be writing somewhere whilst reading somewhere else...

this was one of those times!

I already used that, but it only goes to 11% OC. Wich is from 2,0 to 2,2.

I think so. Do you know what is your max fsb? If not try lowering ur multi to 4 and ur divider to 100, and upping FSB slowly.
