But id be more worried about you PSU and whether it will physically fit in the case.

Well, there are some decent 500 watt units that you could find for around $100. As for the 8800 GTX, I would go for a 8800 GT instead. It performs better than a GTS, at half the price (once demand goes down). On top of that, the GT is not as long as the GTX, and thus is much more likely to fit in your case.
