Sup guys, just completed my triple monitor set up so I thought I'd show it off.

  • 3x Dell U2312HM
  • OcUK Monitor Stand
  • Steelseries Sensei
  • Steelseries Qck
  • Ducky Shine 3 white LED TKL w/ MX Blues
  • Sennheiser PC360
  • Lego TECHNIC 42004

I haven't done anything with the cables as I will be moving it within a few weeks.

I use this set up primarily for writing GPU heavy applications, often referred to as games ^_^.
I rarely run eyefinity but when I do it does look amazing :D

Any questions? Fire away!

Looks awesome, I'm jelly :p.
Any games we may have hear of?:D

Thanks :)

Worked previously on the Worms (Revolution/Clan Wars) and Alien Breed franchises (Android/Blackberry), doing some Indie stuff at the moment though :)

Great setup! I'm definitely going to look up that monitor stand you got there. I'm just using the stock stands atm but what have there looks infinitely more clean.

We used to play Worms at work during lunch...flying sheep through narrow crevices ftw!

Thanks :) super sheep FTW ;)

The stand is ok. There is definitely a lack of engineering precision. With 3x 23" monitors the stand slightly leans on the front of the base raising the back of it a couple of mm from the desk. It took a while to get the monitors in line with each other as well, which is definitely a 2 man job as the stand cannot stand up without both monitors attached to both sides!

:p

I much prefer it. I find it odd typing off-center to the keyboard, it's more natural.

Thanks. I was hoping to find these when seeing the truck on the first post :)

Looks like a very nice setup!

After I've upgraded my cpu and mobo I'm buying a U2713HM, may buy 2 more later on.

Haha.

I was tempted to get three U2713HMs but I decided my next monitor upgrade would be for 4K

Hehe, don't think my GTX 660 will do 4K. When buying more U2713HMs I'll upgrade the gfx too, atm I can't really bother since it's running all current games w/o problems :)

Love the setup. I'd really love to go to a triple screen setup, but it's going to be pricey. I'm currently on a 22" Samsung TN panel and would like to upgrade to a 27" IPS panel, but buying 3 of them is a hard pill to swallow especially with my aging rig.

Nice to see I'm not the only one with a Lego set by their rig!

I love LEGO Technic!!! :D
Anyway, great setup! Is there a specific game you're working on right now? :)
EDIT: didn't read the first page properly :') love indie games, especially games like Fez :D

Cheers :) Yup that would be extremely pricey. Now I've got a some room back with the monitor stand I can add my F1 lego set to the desk :)

Independently working on a game for the PS3/PS4 at the moment, part of my final year of Uni.

4k would be annoying for coding would it not? With text being so incredibly small?

It'd definitely give me more real estate, but you can always enlarge the text :)

I agree on that, my laptop has a 1080p display, most people find that anoying, not sure why. You can read the text properly and more stuff will fit on the screen :)
