For those of us on the North American continent, I would suggest Newegg... great selection, low prices, haven't had anything that didn't last 90 days (Enermax 620W psu poofed on me, no rhyme or reason... will never buy their s**t again...), nothing delivered that was broken/damaged.
For more exotic pc components that Newegg doesn't sell, FrozenCPU is pretty good, albeit at a slightly higher price.
Places I avoid because of bad business dealings: X-oxide.com, eXtremePC.com... the former left out a component I ordered two of, the latter pulled the old 'we have it in stock, buy it', took my money, and then told me not in stock (ASUS A8N32SLI mobo)... not cool.
