Internet Explorer 7 Vulnerability Found

It appears that Microsoft's IE7 isn't as secure as first thought. A vulnerability has been found with the browser and the way it handles potentially sensitive information. The news article will link you to a test for the vulnerability. For those of you who downloaded the latest IE, please report back and let us know the verdict. Feel free to comment on the vulnerability below...

I installed it yesterday and mine is vunerable!!! tbh, i could see it coming.

This is an exploit that has been going on for years and years. As early as IE 5.5

MS have never fixed it because they claim it's a problem with their Outlook client not with IE.

Ummmmm....fix that then!!

Well, that is a surprise Fancy IE being vulnerable

It still relies too heavily on ActiveX, which is a hackers welcome mat. If the truth be known, Vista will get compromised on day one of general release.
