I use a Steelpad S & S with my Logitech G5 and it seems to work well, I know for one that my G5 doesnt work on glass because I tried it on my glass desk

I've got the v2 (larger one) and am using it with my MX1000 - works flawlessly

only problem with the icemat is how to clean it, if anybody has tips, id love to hear them.

I use a nice white plastic kitchen cutting board. It has dimples and the plastic is slippery as heck, and cleans really well!

Actually, I bought 4 for a dollar each.

Works very well with my G7.

The Razer eXactMat gets my vote!!

I did have a func1080 pad which served me well, but the Razer pad is simply brilliant plus has a much better playing surface as well!
