Microsoft To Offer Vista Upgrade Coupon
Interested in upgrading to Window's Vista when it arrives? Chances are that Microsoft may add a little extra Christmas cheer, and provide coupons to assist you. I wonder if they would let me "trade-up" my XP x64 copy that I traded up from XP 32?

Talking of "trade-up" - is this Visa going to be something u can use as an upgrade in a similar way as ME->XP ?
Or even in a way x64->Visa ?

just another version of windows, i'm sure they will let you "trade-up" from any version of xp.
Oh, and it's vista by the way, not visa. you could pay for it using your visa mind you
