Speculation Mounts Over Intel And Nvidia

The stockmarket is certainly indicating that something big is going to happen between these two giants; perhaps a united front against the AMD and ATI merger. Can you see the benefits of an Intel and Nvidia merger, considering that Intel already have the infrastructure and capacity for graphics chips? Feel free to comment on the news article below...

Personally I wish it had gone the other way, AMD getting Nvidia whilst Intel got ATI.

I have had problems in the past with ATI cards and Intel still feel like the Microsoft ( i.e. focused more on profit than product ) of hardware to me.

Bottom line, as long as there is competition we should all benifit .... or am I in a dream world again ? :sleep:
