Yeah, anyone heard a price range on these? I may hold off on the X6800 and just pick up something else for now then get one of these when they come out if they aren't too expensive.

One of these days, and it isn`t going to take them long, they`re going to fix the ratings via some kind of transistor trap, manufacture the processor setup to a designed spec - designed to trip if you go over a limit. Instead of testing a batch and rating them.
Basically to price fix the market, and prices will go up is severe stages.
They`ll say it`s "to safeguard the life expectancy of the processor and to ensure a constant stable environment for the user - including a more comparable platform from pc to pc" - i.e./e.g. base speed = $150, next 150mhz $200, next 150mhz $300 - i.e. the prices are market fixed.
