Sure why not, Just downloaded the console one and am now running it. Anyway to not make it show up in the window bar? Maybe the taskbar or not at all?
EDIT: Actually, I'll just go with the graphical. Changing the program priorty help fold any faster?

If you set the console one to start automatically with Windows it does it all in the background, you wouldn't know it was there unless you looked at your processes or CPU usage

i myself have had two family members suffer from cancer and several close family friends with a miriad of problems caused by protein misfolding so i understand the need for it, unfortunately i think f@h has bust my 7800gtx  oh well, more fiddling and tests needed but i will not be impressed if i have to wait for an rma to go through lol

@ llwyd - yea I have an Aunt who was just diagnosed with cancer so I feel that by folding I am doing my part.

How has it bust your GFX card? It puts no stress on the GFX card at all - apart from on the PSU
