Photo Booth is an absolute RIOT! Check out these pix...
I was playing with my iSight camera and the Photo Booth program yesterday at work, and let me tell ya it's a freakin' blast!! More fun than the real thing in fact (a photo booth that is...).
It has some awesome built-in effects. All of the pictres posted below are of the warping effects, they also have a page full of color rendering effects like X-Ray, etc.
