Totally gutted.. ordered all my 939 part's, seeing this & some Mushkin PC5300 DDR2 with Latency of 3-3-3-10 for £150 just took the biscuit.

and dont feel bad about the ordering 939, consider am2 as a stepping stone to the next socket, like 754 was.

In all honesty i couldn't care less about AM2. I'm waiting for conroe before my next upgrade

im done with AMD so lets see what intel can do

Yeah i thought about it last night and yeah AM2 isn't worth it yet, as we will have other stuff yet to be released and it need's to mature EG: PCI-E2, the new DDR3 support they promised in 07 etc etc, plus Conroe look's set to own it.
