Dividers at 140, so my ram right nows prolly runnin round 170, but ill figure that out later. Im gettin closer 
Oh and yea i did use those settings and i think they did help.

Whew very nice man! 3D and prime95 and w/e other stuff stable (I've found 3DMark (03 and later) is a good way to test stability)?

I ran prime for about 10 mins but my temps suck and go well above 50C. I gotta do somethin bout that...

And i think this weekend im going to remove the IHS and lap the base, hopefully itll bring my temps down 10-15 degrees. After that, i might be able to go a little further.
