XMS,

Could you possibly also check to see if they have a free WAP browser plugin for Vbulletin? I'd love to be able to keep up to date on current threads using my cell phone while I'm at work.... A few other Vbulletin powered forums that I use have a WAP plugin that really kicks arse.

Do they allow you to reply to threads?

Coz i believe if u just wanna view them, you can use www.sysxtreme.com/archive
 
That'd be fkin sweet. How does it work? Do you use your phone's internet? That costs WAY too much for me. I wonder if you can set it up to text message you every time theres a new post.

I don't know if you can do that.... but yeah it would then be compatible with my phones web browser if the site were WAP friendly.

I sent XMS a WAP skin that hopefully he might be able to test out that would let me access the site while I'm at work from my phone.
 
I'll install it on our test forums either late today or tomorrow.

I'm just finishing off something else at the moment ;)
 
o2 online. 300 free texts and 300 free minutes. i top up by a tenenr every 3 months ;) cant beat that 4 value

and yes a tenner is £10.

and xms, i have used the hack for the sim card so mine is unlimited aswell. ;) not that i ever use more than 300 a month!

The current WAP plugin sucks... doesnt let me login and it shows too many images in the posts which fill up the phones memory.

Let's discuss WiForum 3.0 a bit tonight.
