It could do, the price is pretty attractive.
I would say tho, that the 'pirates' have had it available for more than a couple of weeks now. Perhaps it's a reflection in that sense.

Pirates will just pirate no matter what and I don't agree with it at all. If a company releases software (especially a whole OS), at a decent price point, it's only fair that you buy it if you want it. The problem MS have had in the past is that they overcharge for their software.

MS Pricey
This is good news u never know I might actually buy a MS O/S legally lol, which apart from a leyboard will be the first time Bill has had his hands on my bucks in 15 years!!
I agree with Kempez maybe MS have actually done a good thing, rather than over pricing win7 put it at a decent price and they will sell more!!
This is definately a move in the right direction for MS as imho Win7 is actually a very good product and one that a lot of people will buy at the right price, it wont stop all pirating but making it affordable will reep benefits for MS.
