Enjoyed it on a console but not for me on a PC.

Funny u should say that, I'm playing it with the XBox 360 controller.

Decent enough game. Some of the graphics are good, some.. not so good. They're very much into the "cutesy" aspect with some things.

Just passed the rescuing the ship thing, which rescued me from thinking it was going to be an overly-tedious game.

Should be playing it for the next week or so.

1 core btw, pc never goes over 3x% shared.

Tactics come into play with your different types of minions.( browns,reds,blues and greens )

The browns are my fav's though

Your right about the graphics but as most of Overlord is tongue in cheek I think they actually complement game.

I actually got stuck last night. Have a bunch of quests open with dependancies on doing other things, which I can't seem to do without doing something I can't do atm ?!?!?!

awesome game just got it but it doesn't like crossfire or sli at all just gives vga errors tried it on 5 differient pc's and only worked on 2

Where you stuck Rast?

Sometimes you need to revisit and area and complete sub quests from your Tower.

You got your Mistress yet?

Think there was one i was struggling with that wasn't quite clear and that was a quest in Nordberg where you had to enslave so many villagers to carry the quest chain further.

(took the elf ship instead of the one u rescue, cos it had better stats)

The quests:

Find all crew (have 5/10, can't get at rest without green minions)

Get tower shards (need blue minions, from Empire sewers? never been there)

Find blue minions (see above)

Control the berg (have 67/97, 3 dead, can't open 2 gates with 'turny' things behind them, but there is a wall green minions can break)

Kill 1000 gnomes (have... 400 orso)

May go back tonite with a fresh head and go through all areas.

Bah, I found out where I was stuck after revisting almost ALL the areas again.

Not a total wasted exercise as I've made up some nice weapons along the way, including the scorcher one that I heard wasn't very good ?!?!

Seemed good to me in wiping those pandas out. Once their flamed up, they're 'toast'. Also allows u to break some barriers u couldn't b4 cos u couldn't get ur red minions there.

Got greens now, lmao they're pretty savage.

Not a very 'pc' type of game - that's very surprizing. Clubbing seals - killing Pandas >.<
