OC3D Review: DFI Lanparty T3eH6 DK X58 Motherboard

"The DK series of DFI boards offer value for money yet bundles of performance. Can the X58 varient of the DK series follow suit or have DFI stripped too many goodies from the Ultra?" - by W3bbo

Scan have these on offer for £180 Today.

Nice write-up. Nothing to really seperate it from the others for me.

Agree with pro/con aspects in the conclusion.

Na it's in there... Just finished reading it.

Good review as per usual Rich.

Is it just or me are motherboards just dull at the minute with all results coming in the same. I used to find myself studying the results and graphs to see which boards excel where, but none excel anywhere any more!

Cheers guys.

It's frustrating as hell for me to attempt to separate the boards in terms of performance as the CPU is clearly limiting the boards on most occassions with the Baseclock running out of steam between the 200-205 mark. I have no doubts the revised D0 version would clock further in most cases. As all of the boards have the same NB and SB, and everything is run in a controlled environment performance is, and I guess should be comparable.

Hold on to your socks though because I sense P55 boards are just around the corner along with i5 CPU's which might bring some refreshement to the X58 domination.
