Does anyone have any clue what this could be? I haven't noticed any other problems, and I find it weird that the USB ports would go bad on my motherboard. If anyone has a solution please let me know, or any other things to try.

Alright I know it the third post in a row, but I'm stumped and desperate. Thoughts? It has to be a hardware problem at this point, would that be a fault motherboard or what? help

Do you have any front panel USB connectors that go to a different USB header on your mobo that you can try the keyboard in?

Already tried that, and it's the same story with the front connectors. 95% the keyboard won't work no matter what, and every so often I get lucky and it will work for a little bit.

Are there any jumpers on the mobo that control power to the USB headers? If so, you could try fiddling with those.

But short of that I'd be all for RMA'ing the motherboard at this point.

I RMAd the motherboard, and I just got it back. Somehow, keyboards still won't work. I'm going to throw it out of a window.

Any idea if it's a new mobo or the same one?
