Ready to introduce N95 to bedroom wall !
For some reason, every time I connect my N95 to pc via usb, the phone restarts a couple of times then turns off completely. I've tried a hard reset and returning all settings to factory mode and got nowhere. Now, the only way to put files on it is by removing the micro sd card and putting it in the card reader on my pc.
Anyone know what the problem is ?

Try updating the firmware to the latest version... Your one might have just freaked out.

Let the battery die completely. Including internal battery.
Then turn on and connect.
ETA for method would be a few hours without the battery.

I'll give that a try, but just out of curiosity, how do I turn it on if the battery is dead ?

lol.
Recharge.
Sometimes a clearing of the internal settings is all that is needed.
It's like clearing the BIOS/CMOS settings on a motherboard. Take the battery out.

Just had it connected to my sisters's laptop via bluetooth, everything worked except for the firmware update which requires a usb connection. Had my hopes up for a second there...
