Fan speed

Hey I'm in need of some FAN CONTROLLING application please, not SpeedFan, this doesn't seem to work. The fans are spinning quite slow, the heatsink fan is slow VERY slow infact, I understand that some AI in some drivers speeds up the fan under LOAD, but how can I make it full RPM during idle?

what fan? case fans or fans on your cpu heat sink? you can plug it straight up to 12v rail on your psu.

Do you have CPU fan control enabled in the BIOS? The motherboard is more than likely controlling fan speeds.

If you set BIOS fan control to disabled does Speedfan still not work properly controlling the fans? If not then you could try something like HMonitor
