8800 gtx oc - 500w psu, enough??

so my question is this, is a 500w power supply good enough for an 8800GTX??

i have no idea what brand it is, but the computer also has a dual-core cpu.

If it's a good quality PSU, yes it would handle it no problem. If it's not, well... ya... Crack open your case and report what PSU it is
