hey dude thats no problem, it just means that there have been that many forum posts you haven't read since your last vist.

I'm sure you've noticed that OC3D is a very active forum, the unread post counter is nothing to be worried about at all, and can be useful if you're browsing the forum heavily.

Welcome to OC3D!

Lock, as a new member, you can't PM until you've made 15 posts (really prevents spammers).

The unread posts counter wont fill up, as i said its just a list of new posts since your last visit. You have nothing to worry about at all

You'll be wanting the thread subscription mode option in here mate:

http://forum.overclock3d.net/profile.php?do=editoptions

By default its set to immediately notify you via email when one of your threads is replied to. Most people find it handy, some people don't

It's all good dude, you'll see the PM box as well once you reach 15 posts.

We all make mistakes when we're new at stuff, dont worry. I hope your stay at the forums is a long and enjoyable one, we're here to help!

Alex
