Just got a BFG Geforce 6800 Ultra OC...
This is the moment I've been waiting for (sick I know) ...careful with that now...
...my new BFG Geforce 6800 Ultra OC, got it from here like McMad said they get them in really regulary, every few days, just keep checking the site.
...no fancy boxes here, good anyway, my place is full of boxes...
The usual shots...this thing is a monster

I'm using the new official 61.77 drivers, results so far at stock speeds;
Aquamark: 62370
3dMark 2003: 11957
This thing chews up anything I throw at it  , gonna have some more fun now

You can imagine my impatience, I wanted to get the X800 XT PE but that's just too hard to find and I got fed up with waiting. Besides judging the reviews this card is on par with the X800 XT PE, and it has PS 3.0. Apparently it's supposed to be 40 % faster in Doom 3, see here. Lets just see what it can do in Half Life 2, ATI's baby. I do auto detect some dirty handed tricks here though... war of the optimisations.

Zax that first picture is a classic mate, a true classic. You must have been waiting at that window for ages in the hope that Mr Courier turns up with your card.. LOL..
Let us know how it goes, from all accounts that card is one of the best out there, and although my Aopen clocks like a bbbbbbeeeeaaatch (469/1.16 on air) yours should go even further!
Look forward to the results mate.

Yep, you develop this knack of subconciously monitoring the outside traffic noise for the deep sound of a van's engine and then you jump out of your chair to the window if it's accompanied by the clicking sound of a hand brake 
Works most times, unless its rubbish collection day

Well, these moments are priceless, I wanted to capture the excitement for prosperity  I still feel that excitement now when I look at it, you know that feeling when you just got a new bit of kit and you're just burning to put it through it's paces and see how it makes your old stuff look real naff .
