I have my Q6600 currently at 3 GHz on air, and it is still well within acceptable temperature range. It idles at 35 C, and is at 56 under full load. Here is the validation link: http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=223700

I feel that it still has the potential to exceed 3.2 GHz at least. More on that when it happens.

Phunky, What cooling does the E4300 have? Because that is a very impressive overclock. I bet it performs well!

Erm well i was running that on stock for a while but then switched to a Noctua NH-U12F but my temps didnt drop that much.

Im sure i could squeeze a little more out of it if i wanted to but its nice and stable at this speed and i dont really see any gains in CS so not much point!

Mate, I answered this in your other thread!

A key on your keyboard - Print Scrn (usually resides on the 'F' key row).

Get everything you want in your screen shot loaded up on your screen.

Press 'Print Scrn'.

Open MS paint (comes with windows )

Press Ctrl and V to paste captured image.

File > Save As > Name the file, select .jpeg as the format.

Done.

Upload image using OC3D upload server - that is on the bar with User CP etc.

Let me know if you need more help.

Just to add to Mr Smiths last, you might need to open the program a couple of times to get the different views at te same time - mem and cpu etc
