Waiting is up to you, but when the 9800 comes out there will be a faster card to suceed it, you could spend your life waiting lol..

Also, if this is true, a guy under NDA disclosed the 9800 is a refresh and not the beast that was promised...

No DX10.1 support

No tesselation unit

No eDRAM

No built in audio proc

Up to 50% faster than an ULTRA in some specific cases, generally 20-30% faster...

Good but not double the Ultra performance that was first rumoured...

In specific instances... As in the odd benchmark.

It seemed the 20-30% was the general performance increase, which i snothing to be sniffed at.

I just hoped dx10.1 was supported.

Right, off to build my rig...
