360 controller for Windows

Right, I have had this controller running on XBCD for ages..

But the new Harry Potter doesn't recognize the controller, So i try and install the normal microsoft drivers.

But they don't work because I am running 2k3. Anyway to force them to work?

I have already tried compatibility modes. :eh:

Any ideas guys?

Thanks in advance!

Right, I think I have it working.. but not by using the game...

I mapped the controllers axis to the same as the mouse and keyboard using ControlMK.

Thanks guys!

Hmm i was always told XP was the best platform right now for DX9 gaming. You dont have any driver issues?

Apart from this minor issue with Harry Potter.. none what so ever.

I think Server is the best OS I have ever used.

So stable.. and seems soo much quicker than XP in nearly everything.

I prefer an extreme stripped XP tbh. Probably close to the server edition, but retains the pnp likes of joypads etc
