Thats stuff happens all the time. I do it myself if i can, if not i take it to an indipendant guy who owns a engine machine shop.
Kwik-Fit ruined the tracking on my mates punto, and knocked his calipers out of line.

I would do it myself but a) I live in an apartment building w/ no garage b) the apartment lease states I can't do vehicle maintenance in the parking lot.
Soooo... Off to Jiffy Lube I go!
