There really isn't anything better tho than....
Sauerkraut boiled in a slow cooker, taken out, rinsed (that brine is rank). Few Bratwursts cooked up then fill a Ciabata with Sauer + brats and smother in honey mustard.
Also.. I said to my mate a while back (very sharp witted scouser). "Dude, I'm dying for some Sauerkraut !". He replies "Why would you be dying for a pi$$ed off German person?"
It took ages for it to sink.. Sour kraut.. Nevermind
