Did you mount the cooler with the pre-applied thermal paste on ?

If so you might want to reseat it with something decent like MX-4.

Also the mesh on top of your case looks pretty restrictive......

Yes thats what you should do. Because 2 DDC's on full blast is a hell lot of pumping power!

Also make sure to connect each pump to an individual channel.

Try putting something insolating between the res a drive bays to stop vibration transmission....
