Well i think evga is your best bet if you want to keep the warranty on your gpu.
Plasti dip that baby and your pretty much on the safe side as with any other manufacturer.

You could take a look at the gigabyte 760...

You could take a look at the gigabyte 760 windforce mate (if you like the card obviously). On this card you can remove the side piece of the shroud and paint only that piece. I would even recommend...

Watercooling is an "at your own risk" fancy. Sending back a card that was damged by yourself obviously is a FRAUD.

This kind of thread also makes OC3D look bad.

I will stay with my Z77 platform and naked 3770K i think, since upgrading to Z97 doesnt really make sense to me performance wise. For the gpu i am not decided yet.

I dont know if its possible with a Raystorm without risking serious damage but you can do it with EK's Supremacy and their "Naked Ivy" mounting add-on.

The diagram you posted is the one of the 2 x 140 shroud, thats the reason for the 125 mm spacing.
Have a look on Koolance's website but i think they dont carry a 2 x 120 shroud.

You could also plasti dip them in case you need to rma you just peel the dip off.
